Introducing Our New Home:
The Holly House
Welcome to Holly House, a 1940s Colonial Revival in the South!
My dream my whole life has been to own a historic home and I am still pinching myself that I get the chance to live in this stunning home!
We named our new home “Holly House” because of the gigantic holly berry tree that sits alongside our front path. The tree is actually revered in our town and was voted in the top 3 best trees in our town!
This 1940 Colonial home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sits on a stunning 1.3 acres in town.
In addition to the beautifully preserved main floor and upstairs, there is an unfinished basement and attic which we hope to add to the square footage some day.
